In fact, it is considered the most effective in the world, more effective than the man-made supplements.

Other examples are Guggulipid extract, an extract from a herb in India, and also green tea. They also lower cholesterol and have some other beneficial side-effects to the body as well.

All of these natural supplements are available anywhere, and most importantly they are made available by Mother Nature herself. Old wisdoms and teachings are coming back to teach us that the secret to a healthy life is through nature herself. We can therefore conclude that people do not have to buy expensive and unsafe medicines to lower the cholesterol level. However, it is still important that people should consult their doctors before doing anything. At least, lowering cholesterol is not as expensive and unsafe as it used to be.
